The 蜜桃直播 (蜜桃直播) School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (SPHS) has announced another award for the 2018-2019 academic year. Dr. Andrew Simental was selected as the SPHS Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) Preceptor of the Year.
Assistant Dean for Experiential Education Minh Dang presented the award to Simental earlier in the fall semester.

The APPE Preceptor of the Year award is given to the preceptor that receives the highest average student evaluation of the preceptor for the 2018-2019 academic year. Students in 蜜桃直播鈥檚 Doctor of Pharmacy program complete 11 different experiential education rotations prior to graduation.
Simental coordinates all of the 蜜桃直播 SPHS rotations at the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center.
In providing feedback about preceptors, one student wrote: "Dr. Simental is a great preceptor! He properly challenged me and encouraged learning and clinical skill development. Definitely, one of the best preceptors I have had the pleasure of learning from. Looking forward to working with him in the future."
